The seals used in the machine are nylon and polytetrafluoroethylene resin, which have the characteristics of low resistance, good sealing and wear resistance. The bearing materials of sliding bush include cast copper bush, alloy wear-resistant cast iron, copper based graphite less oil lubricated Bush and so on.
The screw diameter of LS screw conveyor is 100-1250mm. There are 11 specifications in total, with a length of 4 ~ 70m. It is a gear every 0.5m. The selection shall meet the standard nominal length. It can be selected when special needs are needed, and the order requirements shall be put forward separately. The machine is driven by xvwd series cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has two methods: single end drive (C1 method) and double end drive (C2 method). The screw machine with length ≤ 35m is driven by C1 method, that is, high-end drive. The middle hanging bearing of the screw machine is divided into rolling hanging bearing (M1 method) and sliding hanging bearing (M2 method).
M1 system is generally used when the conveying material temperature is ≤ 80 ℃, and M2 system is suitable when the conveying material temperature is > 80 ℃ or conveying wet materials.
